What happens when you have multiple balls in the air and you are NOT a professional juggler? Correct, you begin to drop the balls. So, while I have not yet dropped a ball, this post is going to suffer by being a tad bit shorter than my usual.

Today, I went into a restaurant that I had driven by a few times and had gotten excited about by it’s logo and exterior look. Now in fairness, I had already had lunch with the business associate I was with, but I had told her about this new restaurant I had seen and we decided to scout it out for our next meeting. We pulled up, she thought it looked great as well. We parked, intending to go in and pick up a menu for next time. They had something posted in the window, we looked at it, it did not look appetizing, we went inside and that it when it hit us. it was a cafeteria for Mexican food.

What the logo and exterior implied to both of us was something completely different. We both were expecting a mid-to upscale Mexican restaurant with comfortable seating and ambiance. We were expecting a dining experience of Mexican, or perhaps Peruvian or Spanish style food based of the Logo and the exterior of the restaurant. The interior was a Mexican Jimmy Johns. What the What went wrong here? A Lot! We both wagered they would not be in business a year. I went back to the office, read the website, which was poorly laid out and unimaginative and the Our Story is completely uninspiring. It does not talk about filling a whole in the market a burning desire of a chef, nothing. the site doesn’t show real food, but instead drawings of food. Enough said. What a colossal disappointment.

I can tell you this, there were definitely some balls dropped there!

Today’s post is going to be a quickie….
